Is it ok to start an excercise for instance an overhead press with 100lbs the first two sets, and then do another two sets with 95lbs? I mean is it ok to start with more weight and then in the last one or two sets decrease the amount of weight lifted?

I've heard of #NoCalvesTeam , hell, I'm even part of it but god, you're way too big to have such small calves (in comparison), your quads and hams have a good size but I don't know about your calves, are you ok with your calves or are you looking to make them bigger? Maybe I'm wrong and they are completely fine. @OmarIsuf

Just awesome to see someone natural getting that strong (especially considering the low bodyweight), and pretty lean as well. Looking forward to following your cut. Omar just wanted to know I barbell military press twice a week.. And i am a beginner only been lifting for 3 weeks and really weak i can only military press 20 pounds and bench 25 pounds.. Would you recommend incorporating lateral raises to grow my delts or that should be the least of my worries at this point.. I am 119 pound male 5 foot 10 ,10% bodyfat and want to get big..only want hypertrophy and muscle size.. A reply would be appreciated

Bench press worst exercise because it takes muscle away from other areas like legs. Next, too heavy weight. Heavy weights destroy joints over time. Moderation in all things is a great guide in life. Lifting weights is not magic. After a certain point, it becomes more destructive than constructive. Push too far and it all comes crashing down….injury and arthritis and harming your body internal organs. Aim for health and lighter weights and you'll be much better off. Just saying.
