I learn a lot from your videos.I enjoy training and I train for strength, not just aesthetics. ( not interested in a bubble butt, glute strenth is important for walkng/hiking and preventing knee injury) .Muscle strength is very important for health, maintaining an independence in later life. Many people as they approach their 40s-50s sit around and saying "well, I'm getting older" and just remain couch potatoes and take meds for diabetes and HPB. I am also inspired by FB pages fearturing weight training forwomen over 40/50.
Howdo you handle unequal limb strength ? For example one bicep being weaker /a bit smaller that the other. or One quad being weaker that the other.
How many reps of each variation push ups with the warrior push ups?
