Hi Lucy!! I had surgery almost 2 years ago and with the kids being home, I am struggling with maintaining the strength in my legs. I have been having some pain and I know it's because I am slacking on me. I love your videos and love that you show low impact along with the higher impact exercises. I like the ones that have one move in 60 sec and 30 sec walk. Changing in the middle make me loose yhe rytm😆
