Can't believe I've missed this work out (been doing your workouts for 10 months now and loving then). This one got all my favourite LW lower body exercises in one video and is perfect for my longer weekend work outs. Hi Lucy!! I had surgery almost 2 years ago and with the kids being home, I am struggling with maintaining the strength in my legs. I have been having some pain and I know it's because I am slacking on me. I love your videos and love that you show low impact along with the higher impact exercises. I cannot wait to try some more videos. Thanks for being awesome!!
