googliing Roelly it says 168 cms , and googling William Bonac it says 170 cms ,WoW William sure doesn't look taller than Winklaar on stage , Bodynuilding heights reported almost seem as mysterious as reported weights , confusing at best lol
I always hear them talk about bonac packs so much muscle on his small frame but roelly is shorter (not by much)but a freak of nature

He needs to work on those calves and quads not much thickness in the muscle fibers either though he is younger but @ mid 30s Na sorry kid you just can't get there. Not at his brothers level and even then he's not placing well atm Arnold was hoping for 2019 but I just don't think so……..and I no Shawn was older but rowley just can't find the rhythm he needs to find that sweet spot with cutting and dieting.
I like both of them rowley has more of a chance but I'm not betting on him.
I used to see Quincy train regularly at my gym in trinidad when i just started off… seeing that shiz was MOTIVATION lemme tell yah . ( im a powerlifter now but forget that)

Why we even talking about this Roelly is a huge force in open whereas his sibling isn’t even in contention for the title at 212. Just my opinion. Cool to see two brothers in the same sport though.

Quincy could not put on more muscle like his brother.. He said to me that he tried that, but he can not achieve it like his brother, he said that they have different genetics for it.

Id say Quincy would be close to Roellys size by now if he was ever going to get there…same parents but not the same make up as Roelly, hes just a freak
