yes because poseing blindfolded is so difficult lol
DK Metcaf definitely somewhere between 6 and 10% body fat….and no where near sub 2%
Hey Nick, can you make a video about Mikhail Volinkin? The new guy who can back flip and all other stuff which other bodybuilders haven't even tried to do in life. You can get more information about him from Generation Iron 3. Thank you!
I will eat my hat if he is 1.9%
2% BF? HAHHAHAHAHA I’m just laughing at how stupid people must be to believe that, look at Munzer, that’s what Sub 5% looks like, and your body doesn’t like sub 5% BF 😂, your organs would fail pretty quickly if you had 2% BF
Does Cedric diet blindfolded also?
its just the board shorts that put me off. And the 1.9%? no way
7-10 % no way he is 1.9 % body fat
No way he’s 1.9%. Easily 7%.
One is holding water and other is not..
He’s about 8-10% bf
I think Cedric did the Blindfold posing routine just to get some extra hype over him so he could win the best poser..
Show hedgehog
that dudes never seen 1.6% bodyfat. 8% at best.
Historically, what were the starting weights for strongman competitions? The first few ever held? Starting Worlds Strongest Man, what were those weights? How were they determined? Nowadays, how do they determine which weights to use for the events? Is there a video in the works for this topic? Thanks.
Logan stays shredded like year round, how tf does he plan to add on size?
There’s a thing at my gym that people put their thumbs on and it says bf% – lowballs everyone like crazy. I’m 8% and my friend is 5. They probably used those numbers and rolled with it
IMO i think Vacuum pose should be mandatory
Why the hell do people STILL say other people are at a CLEARLY UNREALISTIC body fat % ??? Nick says he thinks DK is at like 5% which is just absurd !!! the guy is clearly around 12-14% which happens to be a good percentage for most athletes, what a surprise…
At 4:47 thats Nick Millers pose
Dude is 8-10% bodyfat, straight up.
Bodyfat is deceiving. He could easily be 8-10%. Some guys can have shredded abs with bodyfat over 10%. It all depends on how and where your body carries fat.
What he was doing, was turning off his sense of sight. When you can't see, it throws off your balance! Posing is all about great footwork, balance and movement. How easy is it to move around polished, while blind?
Excited for Logan!
GTFOH lol
In my opinion,
the vacuum should be mandatory.
You have the top built men in the world and they don't hit that pose because its hard??
To meee, thats the exact reason it should have to it.
Vacuum should be mandatory in Classic. The whole point was to get away from getting too big in men’s open
Nick’s Strengh and Vacum
It all depend of the method of measure
In some less precise methods 2% is a possible result (his actual bf is surely way higher but it's possible that a machine had this result)
6 percent is the minimum.
Arnold was a savage that day.
Yeah, it matters. It's called classic physique.
His body fat is 10.9 at the lowest! His I.Q is probably 1.9 though?
I dont think he's that low. Maybe 5%. It is possible though. Since he's not a bodybuilder, all of his muscles wouldn't be as defined.
adreas munzer was on lot of diuritics as well
If there is no vacuum pose in the classic division so they call it classic, it's a signature pose of that era, it's the main difference between 212 and classic
Super inaccurate. But they always way undershoot and exagerrate the leanness of mainstream sports athletes. They used to say MJ was like 3 %…it's all bullshit, WE all know that but, unfortunately, the masses do not.
He’s not 1.9% but those guys at the combine are already genetically blessed.
Nick… That joke was gold. But my take is… He knows it just looks cool..like a little ninja flair .. In my opinion of course.
The vacuum pose doesn't look good on some people, so why should they do it?
1.9 is sickly. I called BS as soon as I heard that.
Man, this story about Andreas Munzer with 0% BF is a lie for sure. By his OWN WORDS, he was used to hit the shows with fucking 6% BF. So this story about the guy with 1.9% must be a lie too
Hes not a 1.9
I'm indifferent about the vacuum pose if you can hit it during different poses then you know that should be something the judges should notice but idk about mandatory. Like how Arnold would pose
logan franklin really natural?
He was at least 5% bofy fat, probably even more, there is no way he got so low and 1. Looked so blurry and 2. He was still able to perform as an athlete
What the hell that nfl dude is HUUUUGE
I’d say more like 10% body fat. No way in hell is he sub 2% 😂
I actually dont think its night and day. I think it's two totally different physique. One has more or bigger muscles. But condition is very comparable
