Fuuuck haha this workout is hard… Felt pretty gains but I had to scale it wayyy down

Did 200×3 for top set
Then 185×6 for second top set
Then 155×6 paused
Then 155×9
Then 135×14 and x13 for my low sets

Reeeally excited to hit 225 soon…
