I had a hard time sleeping last night. The last thing I wanted to do was working out. This routine helped me to feel energized and ready to kick off the week. Thank you Lucy for the variety of exercises that we can apply by listening to our bodies 😘

Well to me every morning is like a Monday so I do it every morning and it's really good for me because it helps me to get use to excersisng and it gets my energy up for the day and I feel very energetic!

Hi Lucy, Lynn here I just recover from my sickness flu and coughing non stop for 3 weeks, then I saw this video will do it shortly for my starting exercise routine plus another 3 videos hopefully I'll doing it smoothly to finish it all.. 😘💪👯‍♂️🚶‍♀️🧚‍♀️💞💖💋

I woke up with an acute cold. I drank hot water, ate my porridge and an orange and a banana. I felt much better.. but after that workout, I think I'm good again as I am no more showing signs of that cold

I love your workouts. I maybe doing workout that you had posted last year or two years ago but they are fun. I blast my music and follow along with you. It's seems to be working for me and even tho my numbers aren't moving down on the scale I see it in my clothing they are getting lose and that makes me smile. I look forward to continuing to do these workouts.

I use this as a warm up as its not to fierce. I have a knee injury so the warm up I normally do I can't do thoes moves but this is perfect…Onto chair workouts next with Lwr fitness. Thanks Lucy.
