Great video.

Those eleiko competition plates on the rogue rack featured in most of this video turn me on a little bit. My home gym needs that setup

This is by far one of the best deadlift tutorials I've seen, Omar been following your routines and advice for a good while now and because of that its helped my deadlifts big time. I have better form and preparation. Last summer I was hitting 440lbs, now I'm at 480lbs. I hoping to hit the 500 club in spring. Thanks again for a great video ( Mark and Silence Mike as well). Keep it up and much respect

Thing about teaching people correct form with only 60kg on the bar is when they go to do the heavy weight it all just breaks down because the muscles that activate on pulling 60kg will activate differently if your pulling 200kg there for you need more of a happy medium, I understand your just showing them but I think they need at least 100-120kg on the bar to just pull at there form a little for them to correct it them self's, there for learning how to deadlift with proper form 🙂

This is a very good video. When I first started deadlifting I was not doing it right and it was fucking up my back. I even had to go to physical therapy. Watching Omar's videos helped me improve immensely

Guys does anyone know any channel or advice about stretching/yoga or some yoga channel on youtube for bodybuilders. I have tightness in my back and crap flexibility in my legs while my arms are ok, my friends also noticed on rear delt exercises my right arm comes out more than my left. Lastly, i heard this helps muscle imbalances like one arm little bit bigger than other and shit like that. anyone know? no trolls please. I also been dead lifting with one hand under and one hand over for a long time and later tried switching hands and it feels soo weird like one can't fully extended or rotate outwards. any tips to fix this? please no trolls!

Aren't these deads a bit low, almost like a squat? I mean they are really sinking the but way down it seems.

What a great video.  I'm kinda new to deadlifts and had really struggled with a good setup…until this video.  It literally popped up in my email at the gym about 20 mins before I had to do deadlifts.  I quickly watched it between my sets.  It was, by far, the most comfortable I have felt doing deadlifts.

Thanks for all the help!

@OmarIsuf  Would you recommend taking a deep breath before you grip the bar, or just slightly before the lift?

Something that I see in EVERY deadlift instructional video, they use a baby weight to demonstrate.

But when you deadlift, the dynamics TOTALLY CHANGE once you get into challenging weight. It's pretty damn hard to struggle with back rounding using 135 or 225. You gotta put some weight on to see any possibility of form breakdown.
