I like TABATA bc it feels good, feels like I'm challenging muscles for strength development without straining or maxing out. This feels more balanced than those aggressive old-school-weight-room workouts. I'm older & (hopefully) wiser now, plus I'm not training for football, wrestling or the military. I simply want to challenge & work my muscles, but with care to avoid aggravating or irritating old injuries & chronic issues. That's why I work out here. Thank you Amy for providing smart, effective training with appropriate options to be where we are today so we can stop being so hard on our bodies and give back to repay my body which does so much (even too much for much too long) every day, for years & years.

I didnt think I was going to be able to do this one today my back is really sore but I modified and did what I could without hurting myself. Without your options to modify I wouldve normally skipped a workout but not anymore, Thank you!!

I loved this. Tabata is one of my favorite formats! Nice balanced workout. The one side press and leg drop was killer. I definitely needed my helper hand but loved the core burn!

A bit behind and still trying to catch up on absolution while ignite starts – feeling so guilt over lack of exercise as a new Mum and going through PPD (then guilty for wanting to exercise thinking my entire focus should be on my baby 🤦🏻‍♀️). But I always feel so positive and inspired by these workouts and Amy's ethos. On top of this I struggle with food and exercise/disordered eating so being where I am today is so important. So glad I discovered you in my search for prenatal workouts. Thank you xxx
