I love Tiffany Rothe's Workouts because I was able to lose 12 pounds with her fabulous diet and fun exercises. I'm so happy because I'm no longer in the obese zone and now I am working to be healthier and stronger than I have ever been. She is always so pleasant happy in her videos that I feel like she is by my side supporting me each step of the way. And guess what? She is! Hi Tiffany. My name is Maria and I am from Greece. I love you and your workouts because you are always so cheerful and energetic. I believe that you are a really warm, good and kind person. Your videos are so exciting. Also, I like the way you motivate people. I like how you encourage us not only about fitness but about life as well. What's more, you never suggest any excessive diets like other trainers, you only suggest what is good or bad for our health and I think that's important. When I was going  to the gym none could motivate me so much as you do. Before I started watching your videos there was a period when I had lost my form but you helped me lose pounds, learn to love my body again and gain my confidence back. Even now, when I lose my confidence sometimes and feel depressed, I remember your words and try to stand up again because I feel that if I fall I will let all your efforts and your motivative words to go to waste. AWESOME!  I love your workouts because they are so fun, energentic, and efficient! I have bought 3 gym memberships in the past, to only waste my money because I only use a few months, then I quit going.  Since I "stumbled" upon your videos over 3 years ago and became a member, I have not stopped working out with you.  I may have skipped a few days or a few weeks due to injury or illness's, but I've always remained faithful! 🙂  You have shown me how to live a healthier life style and how to begin loving myself again!  You are such an inspiration to not only to me, but to your whole inner circle of us amazing, fit, fierce, and fabulous beauties!

Everyone loves Tiffany Rothe and her Inner Circle Fitness Club including ME!  I first started watching on youtube.  Tiffany's workouts are fun and inspiring, they always put me is a more positive frame of mind.  Tiffany's workouts address the Mind, the Body, and the Spirit. Tiffany emphasizes how important nutrition is for the body as well as our minds, feeding our minds with positive inspiration and helping us to be our best selves.

I'm 57 and thankful to almost be able to keep up with Tiffany's workouts, her workouts are sometimes tough but they hit all those hard to reach places.  And yes at work I've been bombarded with treats and goodies recently.  I've learned through this experience just how much I've been opting for "a little treat" now and then. 

Health and fitness are journeys, so are relationships, so is yard work, I guess everything is a journey !

Thanks Tiffany for your motivating and user friendly workouts. I'm Katie from SC a mother of two, retired educator and served in the U.S. Army as a parachute rigger and a medic. Yes, I jumped out of perfectly good planes. Due to military disabilities and years of medical issues my body isn't what it used to be. I've lost about 28 lbs. but I've seemed to have plateaued. I started doing your workout approximately three weeks ago and just subscribed to your inner circle. I've added another workout and look forward to adding more as I continue this journey of getting back to healthy living through excercise, eating properly and spiritual/mental peace. I would love to try the 310 shakes.

Hello Tiffany, my name is Larosita and I just found your channel a week ago.  I love the workouts.  I already feel lighter and my stomach don't look nor do I feel bloated.  Of course I am eating  better.  The doctor said I am pre-diabetic and my thyroid is out of wack so I have always had a hard time of keeping the weight off.  I am back on track now and determine to lose the weight.  I would love to be the winner of the protein shake. Hi Tiffany, my name is Geneva I'm from Bakersfield,Ca.  I love your workouts because I have severe motion sickness, so I'm not able to do any exercises that requires for me to lying down, like crunches or using weight while lying down, bending over or a lot of head movements.  I have been desperately been looking for workouts on the internet that won't make me sick.  Once I start feeling sick I can't stop the domino effect. IT'S HORRIBLE!!!  Then I found your workouts.  WOW, WOW, WOW I am able to do the workouts without getting sick, I can't keep up yet, but I have modified some of the moves. Since starting your workouts I have noticed that my stomach is flattening and I have more strength in my stomach muscles to hold my stomach in now.  I have also become vegan for the past month and I feel great.  I need to incorporate more protein into my diet and the tips you gave on eating more protein are so valuable. I have lost 10 lbs since becoming vegan and now with your workouts and going to the gym 3 days a week I believe I can meet my goal to loss another 35-40 lbs. Thanks you so much for your inspiration and motivation on all the workouts.  It really does help!!! Going to join inner circle today!!!

Hey Tiffany 🙂 I had been bouncing back n forth between a couple of different workouts and then found yours, I have been doing your work outs for about a week now and I LOVE them, I can always find a quick one if I don't have time to do a full 30 min or an hour and they are so much fun too. I also think you are so beautiful and I am able to follow the moves not only b/c u tell us wat is next (hint to others!!!) but also because your workouts allow me to feel sexy and that just makes me push harder and add another 10 mins in the am and motivates me to do one when I get home from work instead of flopping down on the couch before fixing dinner…HUGE!!! thank you

I've been following you for awhile I get motivated by your energy, your drive, your creativity to always come up with new fresh workouts. I have lost 10-lbs n 30-days from doing workout and changing my eating, I have never used protein powders in the past,because they contained so much "crap", but this one I ordered I like it. Keep motivating!!!

Hi Tiffany! This is Kate from Hungary. I've started doing your workouts when I found your Booty Shaking Workout Part 2 sometime in April, and it's still among my top faves to do! Before that, I only did 1 hrs of kettlebell twice a week — which was cool, becasue it made me feel strong, but you know, I needed something to make me feel like a Babe, to feel FIT, FIERCE and FABULOUS! Oh, how I used to hate working out at home — who even has the energy to do that after a full day at work?? But your workouts I'm looking forward to, every time!! My routine now is 2× kettlebell, 4× at least 30 mins of Tiffany's awesome workouts and 1 rest day, and I feel AWESOME! I've lost 20 pounds by now, and I'm aiming for another 40. And with you, Tiffany, I know I can do it! Thank you!! 🙂

Hi Tiffany,
It's really helpful and motivating to hear your advice on health and nutrition. I am 19 years old and i just started my weight loss journey just over a month ago. ever since i was about 13 years old, i have always tried to get into shape not only to get the body i have always dreamed about, but to feel better and more confident about who I am and how I look. Only now am i finally able to start on this journey and keep going at it. I started on April 29 of this year and this the longest I have ever gone with anything to do with fitness, weight loss or nutrition. Speaking of nutrition.. that is by far the toughest thing for me right now. I absolutely love to eat and it's a struggle holding myself back from eating things that i shouldn't, especially since I live in a family with four brothers who also love to eat. I am also a full time student so it's hard to find time to make my own meals ahead of time. As a result of living in a big family and a busy schedule I have to settle with whatever i can find in my kitchen. and most times, i can't eat some of the things just because it'll be a detriment to the life style change i am trying to make. I always try and convince my brothers especially to start eating healthier but since their bodies are different than mine and they are not as passionate about health and fitness as I am, it's hard to be able to get them to eat healthier and buy more fruits and veggies instead of carbohydrate and sugar filled foods and snacks. the food cooked at home is good, but i know that i can do better. when we do get a few fruits and veggies, they're gone within the weak and then i have wait for another a few days to a week or so to go grocery shopping again. So within that time, I am desperately trying to find something I can eat or whip up that won't do too much damage to my goal and this causes me to not even want to eat at all, especially after I do a work out and I know that that is the most important time to eat.
Protein shakes have been very helpful to me in the past, especially for my hunger because i get hungry very easily (especially now that I am starting to eat less and more frequently than I used to). I'm always down to trying new things that will help me get reach my goal and become a better me.

Please continue with your tips, they are extremely helpful.

I love your videos every since my sister n law told me about your videos 2 yrs ago. I personally find them easier to do and I dont be in pain afterwards. I must say I fell off the wagon. I got discouraged n stop eating healthy and exercising. But now I trying to get my mojo back. Since I started gardening growing my own veggies I started thinking its time to get me back. I want to try to get more protein in me but I fear its going to taste like sweet watered down powder. This 310 protein can it be used in smoothies and/or that banana ice cream that you talked about in you sweet tooth video?
