Tiffany I loved this, sometimes we need to be reminded that we have to think it in order to achieve it. Thank you so much for this video, I need to listen to it daily. I sometimes get in the mindset of I'm not _________,and I could just fill in the blank with whatever (skinny enough, pretty enough, smart enough, etc.). Tiffany por cuanto tiempo al dia recomiendas hacer? A veces yo lo hago de 30 a 40 minutos y si puede llego a la hora, dime esta bien que me entrene asi? Ay veces entreno los 5 dias a la semana, pero cuando termino me da mucha hambre y no se que comer; ayudame con un consejo de que puedo comer luego de entrenar por favor
