Take the time to stretch after every workout to create long, lean and flexible muscles. In this routine, we will release muscle tension in our thighs (hamstrings and quadriceps) as well as the side body and back. Twisting back poses are powerful in releasing toxins in the body. Imagine your body is a towel that is being wrung out. Replenish your body after a great workout with lots and lots of water! Add this onto any Tiffany Rothe playlist as a great cool down.

Me encanta esta serie de ejercicios. Sin dudas los tuyos son los que más siento, quedo dolorida y me cuesta terminar, cosa que no me pasa con otros, y eso que varias de tus rutinas pueden verse fáciles pero al momento de hacerlas, trabajan el cuerpo como ninguna.

Me encanta este vídeo! se sienten los estiramientos y es muy relajante. Tengo problemas con las rodillas y estoy limita a ejercicios de bajo impacto, tus rutinas son lo mejor que he encontrado a la hora de hacer ejercicio. Siempre termino con ganas de seguir haciendo mas!

Wow, I've just finished the whole challenge! It was the first time I dared to do more than one episode of this series, and I was REALLY clumsy the whole way, but I did it! Yay!! Whew, this was a thorough workout, I'll say! Thanks Tiffany!
