Love this! Did this x2 then breakout booty workout, I haven't done your workouts for a while as I've been doing a monthly programme but after today I realise how much I missed them! This is your best workout after shaking and sexy back workouts.I'm all tight after 10 days of working out.This plus tummy tuck,arms&butt combo,LLLabs.You helped me a lot.I don't need gym anymore to stay in shape.All the best and keep'em comin'T.

I've been out of the loop worth these pregnacies, even though I know you have prenatal workouts. I've just been walking, but i loved your pre ma5al workouts worth mydaughter & it was great bc we were both prego, so I'm just now finding or about toy app which I'm downloading right now!!!! And I will be walling and doing your pre natal workouts until I have this baby. Then I came wait to do this!
