Tiffany, I LOVE YOUR WORKOUTS! I found you about a year ago and try to do as many of your workouts as possible. I love that they're only between ten and fifteen minutes, which makes it a lot easier to fit one in between housework, three kids and farming. This last week, I've been doing 50 minutes of your workouts a day and cut bread and sweets from my diet. I've lost five pounds! I'm getting ready to go to the beach in a week (our first vacation in at least six years), and I'm amped to lose another five pounds before then, with your help! Thanks for helping me feel fit, fierce and fabulous!!!
Just finished my Monday workouts from the Workout Schedule and am combining the Orange is the new fit series to my daily workout routines! Today made the first day that I have done this Boxing routine. I messed up on the first set of combining the jab, cross, hook and upper cut but I made it through the entire workout. Also the first time I got through the entire Breakout Booty Combo. Got to say this one got me sweating! You kept me motivated the entire way! 🙂 2 more in the series to go to complete my days workout.. Wooo! Feeling good and motivated

I have explored many of Tiffanys workouts and I have not found one I do not like yet she keeps you sweeting through the workout and has great music in the background. I cant stand to workout to elevator music (unless yoga) and then there is still a fine line. I also do the daily burn program along with Tiffany. After loosing 100 pounds and then starting a weight program I built 20 pounds in muscle and want to get the rest of my fat and weight off. I love the ab workouts getting ready to do one of the towel ones now any suggestion on stubborn fat.
I've just tried the Breakout booty and the boxing one! So fun and enjoyable!! I've read from the comments that we should aim to do the whole orange is the new fit workout. How many times a week would you suggest we do this?

Sorry this one is too easy. The slow intros are good but should only be two rounds. My sweat actually stopped after episode two when I did this. I would start with this as a warmup if u are advanced then do episode 2-3x.
