I live and work in the Middle East and the doctors here, shall we say, are not the best!
A quick example!
A work colleague had pains in his side, he went to four different doctors, who told him four different things.kidneys/ pancreas/ liver or an abscess!
Some of them suggested surgery, some didn’t.My work colleague, who is not the sharpest tool in the box, just left it, as he had money worries and didn’t want to take time off work.When he went back home, to his own doctor, he told him he had strained a muscle in his side and to rest it!
So, can you imagine if he had listened to any of these “doctors”?!
So, for somebody like Rami,who is one of the best in the World at what he does, he needs to spend the money and get the best help he can.

Maybe this is smart marketing. Before it was all hype about his size. Now everyone is wondering if he will compete. So people still talk about him but it isn't the same old story everyone grew tired of. I hope he competes.

I can’t believe no one understands what’s going on with big ramy , he is doing ramadan which means no gears no food no water from sunrise to sundown and he has few hours to eat and refueled for the next day fasting and so on for a whole month , which will result to a downsized ramy And that why ladies and gentlemen he created this story of shoulder injury
This is not a scandal, and a worthless post.
It's Ramadan the most holy time celebrated by Muslims around the world and they have to fast for 12hrs without food or water and Ramadan officially started last Tuesday and it last approximately 30 days so maybe this can be a possibility for him to consider not competing in the Olympia.

Hard to tell weather he’ll make it to Olympia. He’s looking quite small for this time of year, when realistically he should be in the middle of his bulk. If he does show up, I would be glad for him, but not expecting much.
I believe Dave misunderstood.
Ramy hasn't actually said hes getting surgery. Yeah hes admitted theres an injury there but hasn't once in the video said he needs surgery that's always come from someone else. So ramy ain't lying lol its obvious hes seen some doctors people found out and blew it out of proportion for the videos and views and £££
