Hii lucy I love your videos they are so inspiring to me it helped me to get really motivated and stay fit!!😊 however im still a bit self conscious about my appearence especially around my face. So i was wondering if you have any exercise to propose to lose fat around the face area or any tips you can give. Thank youu for being so inpirational:)

Just wanted to say thank you for your 5min Abs workout (2016) brilliant I decided that I needed to get my core sorted I'm 59 . I was exercising other area but hadn't found a straightforward routine for my tummy your video is perfect as they are all ! Angie x
