One thing that I truly do love about ur videos Tiffany is that u get Str8 to the point💪 not like other trainers who talk for 2mins & kill your vibes where u don't wanna workout they just burn u out lol💪😂. I saw you on the fitness page in the Family Circle magazine demonstrating the Total Body Toner. I ripped the page out and went straight to your youtube channel and subscribed. Today is the second day exercising to your videos and I feel great. It's nice to see someone who looks like me and has the curves and build that I am working toward. Not only does this taste great, but I did notice a decrease in my appetite. I love drinking coffee and tea anyways and this has helped me to keep on my weight loss routine. I would suggest Weight Loss Green Store Tea product to all tea drinkers or anyone trying to slow down their food intake .

And I meet you everyday for almost 2 weeks!! Now i lost 2kg 🙂 but, i have a question to you. What kind of sports bra should i wear when i'm doing this rutin? I mean kind of support: low, medium, high.

Hi Tiffany. I just tried this workout and was really enjoying it until about 7-8 minutes in then my feet totally cramped up (Im now sitting with ice packs on my feet lol). I have plantar fasciitis and was wondering could you please recommend some of your workouts that doesn't have so much jumping?? I have tried to do the easier versions of the workouts but I don't really work up a sweat as much :/ (I do do the warm ups first and stretch my feet) Thank you 🙂 x

when i started adding in cardio i began loosing weight everywhere pretty fast except for my stomach. ive kept to a pretty healthy nutrition and i work on my waist so do you have any advice how to burn that fat without continuing to loose weight all over?

This is the only workout that I can truly see results immediately. It's so hard though, half of the time I don't even finish it, but even then, the results are visible! This is such an underrated video, thank you tiffany!
