If you have been eating well and exercising regularly, yet you’re not getting the results you’re looking for, perhaps you are still unknowingly doing the wrong thing for your body type. Some of you might have even tried all the diets out there – low fat, low carbs, high fat, high protein, but nothing seems to work and you just don’t know what to do. Not every diet suits every one! If you want to see effective results, the diet you choose needs to be optimal according to your genetics.

Haven't done the test but the explanation you gave highlighted some reactions I have towards certains type of food. I don't do well with "bad" unhealthy fat like fries, high amount of cheese and I just don't like it. I'm vegetarian and I just love the good fat like avocado and nuts 💚 but I also have a sensibility toward refined carbs. I guess I might be low fat or meditarrean! Thanks for this video you are so full of knowledges ❤️

Thanks for sharing the portion ratio. I’m certainly carbs sensitive, I crave for it but it makes me feel unwell and it slows down my weight loss even if I eat just complex carbs.
Should we also take calcium tablets?
A few years ago, I had drastically reduced my carb intake, I was focusing on eating smaller portions more frequently throughout the day due to having a small child (had no time to eat). I maybe had two servings of simple carbs in a week (I like pasta way too much to completely cut it out). I lost literally like 80 pounds in a year and a half! I was eating ALOT of veggies and fruits, nuts good fats, and smaller portions sizes of lean meats…..I also ate much less pork products.
I want to decrease my body fat percentage
