What's a good exercise to be doing in this hot weather? I'm finding I've not got much energy and feel it's too hot for too high an impact exercise. What do you think?

Well sais. First of allez, if you do it for the results to show quickly you will get discouraged and stop whenever you see some tiny muscles peak through. You have to bé patient and think about it like a long term contract with yourself. You want results, then work out for it, ear it. Give it your all and even more, that is my motto
