I'm surprised Captain Planet doesn't eat any red kidney beans or any beans in general. Super high in protein and carbs.

I hear some many vegans say that they switch for ethical decisions… i never hear people (on youtube) talk about ecologic/biologic food… is that not something you have or…? Mabye its just a thing in a couple of countries in Europe where i live?

You need to season and cook tofu. That's why you don't like it XD

I am turning to a vegan diet as I know that lactose affects me…badly!! Oh shit! Do you try to keep your calories to maintenance level? or do you just eat any amount you want? Many thanks.

Please, if anyone knows can they let me know if there is a vegan powerlifting belt? I know there is inzers and other brands, bit I'm curious to know if there is any high quality belts that are not from animal product

132 pound vegan powerlifter represent. I'm only 5' 7" and taking in about 2900 calories per day. Should I up it? I still want to be aesthetic.

So he eats tofu and fake meat, which even he says nobody likes. Fantastic. I'm convinced (not).

I am sure when he gets more serious about power lifting, he will choose higher quality foods, as what he showed was mostly junk, except for the fruits and vergies, but he has nothing organic.

"Yeah just dry pasta dipped in peanut butter hahaaaa"

…. I'm vegan and I do that. The worst part is when there is too little peanut butter in the jar and you end up with it all over the back of your hand from digging tiny ass spirals into the jar.

4:55 LOL! Couscous is the easiest grain to prepare. Just put couscous in a bowl and put boiling water on top of it. Leave it for a minute or two and you're done. Couscous is perfect for lazy people like me!

Im all for vegan. But the packaged tofu, fake meats, protein bars and powders. If vegan is the future of diet then there must be a better solution to protein
