Hello, I'm 19 years old and have been thinking of getting started with building muscle and improving my body, I've always been more of a timid bookworm rather than a manly type of guy and since I usually have 5-6 hours of spare time nearly everyday I wanted to know how I could put those hours to good use. I've had friends bring me along whenever they went to the gym, they've given me suggestions on what I could do or how I could get started but I was never really convinced whether or not their methods or instructions suited me. I've read countless articles and posts/guides online that have different routines for beginners but I can never figure out where to actually begin or what's right for me. I also look for or attempt to plan out simple schedules filled with different workouts I can follow but I end up always questioning myself on whether it would actually bring forth results. I want to know what I can do, how I can begin, what type of workouts I should begin with as a newbie, how to separate different body parts to work on in schedules and so on. I want to be able to confidently create or follow a workout routine and stop jumping from one thing to another like an idiot. lol
I could benchpress a moose if I had this bench! I almost always lift alone and my bench sucks because I always think the worst in the back of my head on bench. I want it!

Awesome bench, reckon it costs a small fortune though …. could probably fabricate something like it myself with some box section, drill, grinder, a press and some spare time for a fraction of the cost lol 😉 perks of being a welder 🙂 I Always bench with safety catches, never need a spotter and can bench to my max by myself and never need to worry about failing or dumping weights, never understand why so many people use shit benches with no catches.
Wow this fucking bench is amazing. When I was coming up I was lucky enough to attend a small powerlifting old school gym and we had a very wide bench not as hi-tech as this but similar dimensions in engineering and it makes a huge difference. So much fun to bench on.
Thanks for putting this on man, I bench by myself a lot these days and this bench would definitely make my life a lot easier and allow me to bench heavy without worry of injury
