i need your HELP. how do i do this? i really wantt to get in better shape. i was in great shape before i hurt my new in march. now i lost all modivation. its crazy how a accident can ruin your work out habit. now i only hit the gym once a week. i used to go 3-5 days a week and eat very clean and splurge somtimes of course. its depressing.

How do you girls feel about hot yoga?? I went to my first class and walked in…felts hot hot and humid and crowded it was… and walked right back out:/ I dont know if could stand in that hot room for an hour let alone do yoga in there.

I have a question..please answer! If I buy ur diet plan and im pescitarian now..but in a year I change into a vegan or whatever can i then change my diet plan or do i have to pay the 150 again?

50lbs in 1 week that's so unhealthy, if I wanted stretch marks I'd try that. The healthiest to lose would be 2lbs a week

I'm considering purchasing your meal plan, but I cannot have any grains… no quinoa, brown rice, or carb of any kid (except for fruit). What nutrition plan would have the most protein/fat based meals for me? Thanks 🙂

Screw the daily fiber intake crap, Just include 6 or more beers per a day in the daily diet and you'll be fine.

Find something with less sugar! Pure Protein Shakes have only 1g versus the 18g of sugar in the Special K drinks.
