Hmmm… so I guess I should get Max's body fitness cookbook? I better wait until ToneItUp brings out their ToneItUp Body Fitness Cookbook. I can't believe it's taking them forever to publish one? Maybe next year they'll get one published. In the meantime I'll keep eating Boca Burgers.

you don't have to eat entirely organic. you can replace here and there with organic foods. that's a way to start off and stay within a budget.

That was very fun to watch… I could tell how you kept trying to keep it together but with a body like that, so close, the deck was stacked against you. In all honestly, I like how he talked about his wife and gave her a great shout out. Can we get the recipe for the morning drink and that halibut? (I don't know ratios for the alkaline tea.)

organic and clean eating is great 🙂 if you can't buy organic at the store try to look for a farmer's market! Eating clean is just not eating a lot of chemicals or processed foods. Try to grocery shop around the edges of the grocery store– fruits, vegetables, if you eat dairy- egg whites, cottage cheese, 0 percent greek yogurt, nuts, seeds, whole grains, oats, almond butter, fresh fish and lean meats,
if you are a vegetarian then quinoa is great because it has all the amino acids that a protein carries and it's gluten free. Also pack your grocery cart with bars like lara bars and odwalla bars… they usually have a sale on them for 99 cents a bar or you can order cheap on line! @xheathermichelle thanks I try to do that…..I don't eat any processed foods….it's just that I get organic and then since I'm the only one eating it it goes bad quickly because I eat small portions….but thanks for replying =)

Sure eating organic can be beneficial but weight gain/loss all comes back to the first law of thermodynamics. Also more than half of all carcinogens found in non ''organic'' foods come from the food itself. But yes I agree for the most part organic is better I prefer the term home grown.

@canuckman87 you'd have to eat a HELL of alot of just fruits and vegetables a day to get fat!Lol.Vegetables and fruit on the whole dont have alot of calories in them.
lol bread bread oatmeal cereal (before bed) smoothies. If you're like 80% of men out there you'll get fat from that kind of diet. This guy is clearly an ectomorph. For the rest of us, staying lean requires the majority of our calories to come from vegetables and lean meats, not grains and fruits.
I also want to point out that he has all the time in the world to work out 2-3 times a day to burn those carbohydrates he takes in. So "ladies", look somewhere else to learn how to "feed" your men.
