Amy, you are my favorite, I follow this and the 30 min TRX, also going to get the dumbbells soon =)
I like your personality very much and feel most comfortable with your guidance.

One suggestion: please specify what exact muscle we're working on with each exercise. I'm assembling a routine targeting specific muscle groups.

Adorable video, but you should have used SHM (Single Handle mode) for the suspended lunge. I have a bunch of credits and from TRX. the video was great, safety first, even if you have to learn it before you demo it. Please. don't get me wrong, I'll bet you do a great class and I look forward to seeing more of the videos. thank you.

Amy, I have deteriorating knee joints due to arthritis. My orthopedist told me not to do squats or lunges, but my PT has told me that it's all about doing them correctly and that these exercises, done correctly, can make a big difference in strengthening the legs and reinforcing the muscles around the knees to provide greater stability. How can I do these on the TRX to insure that I am not exacerbating my knee problems but gain the strength?
