Please make another video like this!! I do this and the weighted abs everyday lately. If you could do one for lower or center of stomach/core or one for more of an hourglass figure that would be great! I've noticed a great difference since doing this for about a month especially in my love handles they're actually quite toned.

I got my abs super cramped .
Wow! Did this after cardio hiit and I really felt it. I had to drop the kettlebell for some moves but definitely felt it still. Cant wait to try this again and get stronger. This is a tough ab workout and ab burn but felt great at the same time!

I tried this right now with a 25lb kettlebell. It was challenging but a great workout. Will be doing this at least 5x a week. I have fat to burn on my belly but I'm sure this will help a lot with core strength. It also works your arms at the same time!

Underated but highly useful kettlebell exercises.
By functional I mean you can comfortably swing or carry it bestgym.equipment around as one would expect of a kettlebell weight. By versatile I mean the protective coating does not prevent attaching magnetic micro-plates to increase the weight, so, for example, a 35 pound kettlebell can be increased by up to 5 pounds in weight or possibly a bit more by attaching magnetic micro-plates.
