Love that Sage Top 🙂 Adrenaline Rush! I remember doing this BadAss routine from the Back to You Challenge. Killed It!

Tiffany, I just want to share that I've been stick to you for the last 5 years and every year that passes by I feel more and more strong. Right now I started to do some videos, like the Boxer Babe, at x1.25 speed and other ones even at x1.5. It's been CRAZY, woman!!! <3 It's amazing how my body can reach more strength, speed and endurance. Thank you so much for all what you do and for share it with us.

Tiffany can u please go steady and not too fast when you are working out because we don’t get your choreography for this workout it’s too much confusion. Please make your workout different, why the same thing Tiffany dear.
Oh my god I love this one. I've never liked kickboxing beacuse I was very unfit and it was so hard for me but since I am a little fitter (I lost weight and do workouts regularly) I decided to try it. And I loved it so much, maybe I can't always lift my leg up enough but it's so much fun and empowering. It made me sweat a lot yet I don't feel tired at all, I'd rather say I am energized
