2 Debo llevar alguna alimentación en especial
3 A que hora es mas recomendable hacer ejercicio en la mañana o en la tarde

Hello Tiffany, this workout was FANTABULOUS! LOVED IT! BTW, were you on Youtubeblack? I was watching GabBabetv and there was a woman there that looked exactly like you. I was shouting out you, Nap85, and Chicnatural out in the comment section. hopefully, it was you. I was saying how you, along with other wo gurus, have helped me to get fit. I've always worked out since college, but sometimes, I'll slack a little. So, I'm glad for people like you for motivation. Planet Fitness does not have instructors…so, I was left on my own..until I discovered Youtube, lol!

I really wasn't feeling it today. This made it a bit easier! Although I could not get the charlston inspired steps so I just did them the best I could 😀

that was a really good workout video it was fast paced, it kept things moving, and there was a different stages to move up to and ive been trying to run more today i ran 6 miles and you really make this stuff look easy you are a motivating and lively person.

I like exercising but I can't get rid of the mommy tummy no matter how I eat or exercise…..please help. How did you lose the mommy tummy. What can I eat to burn off the belly fat. I eat fruit and vegetables and lean meats. I drank water but not a lot because it so plain to drink.

Some times when I am in a hurry, when I plan to do a shorter time dance..I think how this 10 mins video will be useful..bt Tiffany..even with this 10 mins workout I am sweating like a hell..
