hola! me encantó esta rutina, la he hecho muchisimas veces porque sufro de artritis rematoidea, y mis rodillas no me permiten trabajar mas fuerte. sólo te pediría que hagas mas videos variados de este tipo y así poder tener varias opciones de trabajo sin forzar mis rodillas. Graciasss!!

Me encanta esta rutina. He estado recuperándome de una fractura de tobillo y es de las pocos ejercicio que si puedo hacer 🙂 sólo que estaría buenísimo que no le cortaran la parte del estiramiento (al final) para saber como cerrar la sesión de ejercicios. Gracias!!!
