i respect you Tiffany and i respect your videos you are very motivating you are a very beautiful person very strong, bright, articulate, you speak Spanish very well and also English too. Recently Ive been trying to get in shape by running and its going pretty good i actually ran 6 miles today and i also love your attitude you are so calm and loose and you have the attitude of not beating yourself up and always moving forward and just taking it easy and thats how i want to live you can transfer that attitude from fitness to other applications of life where it is suitable, anyways keep up the awsome videos, love you Tiffany
