Thank you ladies. Now I wonder if I can purchase one of those elastic exercise bands at the ToneItUp store? I was at Disney World Sunday and that place is amazing they sell all kinds of stuff at every corner. I think you guys should open up a ToneItUp theme park, lol.

Forget about the weight and just find what feels god for you. You could weigh 140 and be a size zero. Because you only have muscle.

Hey I do this in resistance training with my Swim Team on training days. Lol, Varsity swim Team is fun! 😀 The dry-land training is fun too.
