I don't think you need to go organic on protein powder, but there are MANY options available for you if you want organic pro powder without a doubt.

K-K-k-k-Katrina & Karena are absolutely correct. Eat wholesome, healthy, nutritionally dense food all the time. If you have a 100 calorie low fat snack… you are still eating 100 calories of crap food. Eat an apple and some almonds instead 🙂

I agree with you guys. However since reading "The China Study" I've given up on dairy and animal protein. I haven't gone totally vegan but slowly getting there. One thing that has changed are my ankles which were killing me after running and now that arthritic pain has gone. I have to say it has to be this new diet. I hope it's not a placebo effect; then on the other hand if it is, who cares. I hope you guys get a chance to read it. It's an eyeopener. Week number five feel great ToneItUp!

I just watched your greek vs light yogurt. Funny enough I just bought groceries yesterday and when I got to the yogurt I went for my light 80 calorie stuff but eyed the greek yogurt (which is delicious!) for a while but didnt pick it up. It so hard for me to switch to natural sugars. I love my sweeteners and products with them because so many calories are decreased. I have a HUGE sweet tooth!! What are some suggestions for satisfying it while still being natural and healthy??
