Hadi literally won the Olympia. Whenever I see photos I can’t help but be drawn to his physique over anyone else.

"one of them is dead, I cant feel it" Isnt that called being paralyzed? If I wake up in the middle of the night cause I have slept on my arm its acting like a dead limb, in no way would anyone be able to walk on a leg which they "cant feel". Bonac needs to practise his English because it's very confusing to hear him explain medical situations in these ways.

Is he talking about a flank/lumbar hernia or a herniated lumbar disc? A flank hernia is pretty complicated to fix and doesn't heal on it's own. That might put him out for 6 weeks +. Or is he self diagnosing? He doesn't look like a guy with a badly herniated lumbar disc.

A hernia is totally different then a herniated disc. It looks like the announcer guy was reading right since it was spelled out that way. I myself just had a big hernia surgery done 3 months ago. It was pretty bad, I ended up having some intestines removed. I had the hernia for 8&1/2 years and I was training at the gym still. Not to mention I do concrete work also. I am very lucky to get the surgery done. I am trying to catch up to where I was before my surgery in my strength. I am lucky to be alive. 👍🏻🙏🏻

So the days of Bill Bonac are done! When someone begins to suffer this shit, he is on the same road as Ronnie Coleman and has to slow down his workouts. In other words – It`s the beginning of the End, and if he doesn`t take the consequences, he will end up in a Wheelchair, just like Big Ron… Without proper nerve supply, his Legs will begin to flow away because all the muscle fibers will not flex anymore, but only a part of them, and so the gains will disappear without a Trace. Just like Big Rons Legs – look at them now!
And, once you have a herniation, it will come again – there`s no way around it! The Material that comes out of the Disc when you have a herniation doesn`t come back! It`s gone forever! And the discs will get thinner and thinner each time!

Herniated discs can be extremely painful and can have you to where you cannot stand up straight. I know because I have one and it kicks in for about two weeks twice a year. Training or even posing is impossible during that time. Just sayin.

You definitely have to give William Bonac credit for being near the top despite his injuries .. give the man his props instead of criticism … a true warrior for managing to compete!

Reply
Cody England October 12, 2019 - 2:51 am

I think Bonac meant he has herniated disk or disks. Because I have two herniated disks in my lower lumber the L4 and L5 and it causes extreme pain when inflamed to where it's hard to stand or sit let alone train. And the L5 disk causes pressure against the sciatic nerve that runs down the right leg and causes numbness and or shooting pains

Herniated disc is not same but can lead to scoliosis, which leads to sciatica,,, I'm going through the same issue, my left leg stays numb… Surgery is NOT always the option..
Pinched nerve damage in the herniated disc is not cool… Blood will flow but muscles don't stay active …
