@ToneItUpcom second to what @karikalahari said: How do you girls feel about pea protein? I have digestive issues and brown rice gives me a tummy ache. I'm vegan too so I don't want whey(which I doubt highly would agree with me besides). As far as sweeteners go, is stevia preferred over xylitol? can either be potentially 'bad' for you? Thanks! 🙂

I think proteins are great at this level of fitness, I don't know if for losing weight is such a good idea…I could be wrong…

Try adding a 1/4 of an avocado, you cant taste it at all and it makes it creamy just like a milkshake!! 😀

My friend was previously bullied. He said he was intending to grow muscles. I did not believe him. Til without warning he added 40 pounds of 100 % pure muscle. He made use of the Muscle Building Bible (Google it). He doesn't get bullied these days. I actually subscribed a few days ago. See what goes on. Plus the guys emails are excellent!!!

Whey protein is a by product of cheese production. Essentially the isolated protein of milk. How is that "non natural based"???
