I think big ramy has taken everyone’s advice and he’s staying leaner throughout the year. I think he will look insane and we may see the best version of ramy at the Arnold classic if he keeps this conditioning and begins his prep from where he is now.

So apparently for 212 one can come in ultra ripped and thats good enough, never-mind genetic structure. I mean Kamal had some good poses but damn his front double is one of the worst in this show. I'm happy for him but I feel this is now about being ripped rather than superior lines and overall structure. In that reasoning then Franco and Frank Zane should have beat Arnold all those years since they were a bit more defined than than Arnold

Rhodan is not a complete olympia. lacks triceps hugely,or least developed triceps among all competitors
Start liking phil after he lost olympia title to rhodan ,coz olympias in last 2 years are not impressive enough although better than others in competition
