Is it just me or does sumo naturally set up perfect form??
From all the videos of sumo deadlift, that's the most understandable and comfortable to watch by far! Love it!

i started doing sumo and i notice that im basically doing conventional but with my feet far apart. I have no idea how to fix this. I tried lowering my hips and lifting my chest but then my shins get scraped by the barbell
Dead lift is the dangerous one where egos come into play and people over stack the weights with bad form causing alot of uncessary injuries.
