2 meals a day with no snacks is not a lot of food Dr. Berg.
This might be something i need to do. Ive been on a healthy diet plan and exercise and seen results but i still feel sluggish. I can barely finish my workouts because i run out of energy fast. I also get sleepy after meals.

I have done 16:8 fasting for one month and hasn't worked. Keto low carbs high fat works much better for me.

Dr. Berg is a Doctor of Chiropractic, not a medical doctor. I stopped following him when he recommended some things like consuming coconut oil to lose weight. Dr. Greger MD explains why this oil is very bad for our arteries and shows the latest studies on each subject.

Dr. Berg, are fatty meat dangerous? I saw this statement: Saturated fats are the ones that solidify at room temperature, or stick to the plate when you try to wash it. This includes animal fats and fats in processed meats.

I am on keto for 6 months.i struggle to do intermitted fasting whether i do keto or not. I do exercise and eat t corrects fats etc. Im always hungry and cannot do fastong even for 8 hours. There must b something wrong w me

I'm struggling to lose weight. I'm 5'3, 13 stone/180Ibs and I lost 14Ibs in April because I had nausea for two weeks. I've been better, exercising and hour a day and still can't seem to lose weight. Is there anything I can take that will cause nausea to help me lose weight again?

I dont know why people realy fear "not eating" i used to workout during ramadan (when we fast from sunrise to sunset no water no food) i've never feel more tired comparing to the days im not fasting , i just do it befor sunset so that i could hydrate myself after workout and it's cool and easy you guys just overthink the "fasting things"

I ate low fat healthy no one believes that if your fat.Everytime I lost weight I wasnt reslly trying I was eating s lot of cauliflower (fried c rice, c mashed w cr cheese cheese added, broiled cauliflower in olive oil) yet eating McDonalds frappes yrs ago I rarely ate sweets. Yet I was shocked to lose the most weight eating frappe lots of burgers low carb way w frappe do not perfect at all. Meals lower sugar mostly. I realized I was often not everyday happening to intermitent fast. Looking at my phone till2 or 3 or even 5 not esting.
