Great workout today managed 2 back to back no gain without pain
I’ve always been an apple shape but I used to be incredibly thin and just self conscious of having a large bust and thin legs no butt. NOW I’ve gained like 70lbs and I’m just self conscious of that. I’m considered To be in the obese area and coming across this has made me gain some motivation to really try and lose weight and this time get the body I want 😭 wish me luck I lose motivation so quickly I need more discipline.

Hi Lucy! Boy did I break out in a sweat with this! I went to other peoples pages looking for a low impact workout that I could do since I am disabled with Fibromyalgia and OsteoArthritis and it just wasn't what I was wanting to do today even tho I did do 8 & 1/2 mins of one. So I seen that I had subscribed to you and this workout popped up! Are you saying to do this same workout for 7 days in a row? I'm not quite following your instructions. Then I can add 4 15minute walks on top of it all during the week? Thank you for responding!! I like your style and how you show what we will be doing 1st! I am 59 and unfortunately have that menopause shaped belly 🙁 ….Thank you so much for this workout! Jillie from Texas
