Hello there Tiffany Rothe, Quick question. Do you have any advice on how I can get a flat stomach ? I have had 2 boys . both vagina births and you is truly an inspiration. I watch your videos. I have a two finger width in my abdominal .known as abdominal split. I eat fruits and vegetables. I also eat chicken,pork, steak.what should I be eating in order to get a flatter tummy. I weigh 145 but I don't want to lose too much weigh to get a flatter stomach. Please help…..
