hey Tiffany last year i tried to learn Spanish but it didnt go to far because of your videos and the need to be able to speak two languages which will be great at getting noticed at job interviews and many of my family friends are Hispanic i am part Mexican myself i have decided to study Spanish again and this time im going to fluently learn it until i can actually speak it, thank you Tiffany.

I really love it Tiff! I did it just now! The arm work is awesome, though I can only handle 3lbs right now. And the aerobics is fast paced but doable and short. I like it very much and will do it everyday until my weight comes down and I can do more. I like your style. And by the way I’m 55.
