I loved this workout! Stopped training for 8-9 months and have gained weight. I was skeptical about coming back to workout because I felt that I would be disappointed with me seeing that my body isn't as strong as before but! this workout started beginner style and prepped me for 2nd and 3rd rounds! Thank you!

OMG The best workout! Short enough to squeeze into my lunch break, intense enough to get my heart rate up and feel the burn!!! Your videos may well be reason I can finally cancel my gym membership! In keeping with the blast theme I did this as a bonus for Monday. Definitely kicked my butt. It had everything I could ever imagine a workout to have. Sooo good!
