For Dennis James to say that Ramy has a chance of winning the AC because no big names are in the show is an INSULT not a compliment !!! Ramy is very capable of beating Rhoden which he has or anybody else of note in the ifbb !

Blessing is big and has a small waist but he is not conditioned enough yet. I’m sure he can get in really good shape being 10 weeks out but we will see
Any business owner would know Shawn isn’t worth the liability at the moment. “Innocent until proven guilty” means nothing when it comes to private businesses. If he does end up being guilty, and he was allowed to compete, I guarantee many female bodybuilders and fitness influencers would come out of the woodwork disappointed in the IFBB, Arnold and Olympia.
I really hope the allegations against him are false, but there is more to life than one man being allowed to compete on stage. There are a lot of moving pieces and a lot to think about. Everyone involved is in a tough position.

A video about the damm huge progres Johnie Jackson made in a short periode of time would be realy nice. Even Branch looks more grainy on the lates video. They're training like they young again. It's just an inspiration and motivation for sure.

I completely forgot that Brandon is the current Mr O because he stayed so quiet. That being said, he was good enough last year with the weak line up, but if he comes in sharp this year, no one will question a win.
Every time I see a video, I think he's got a great upper body, just needs some detail in the back and somehow make his legs better. He rivaled Roelly in terms of upper body size although there's an argument to be made for Roelly and the flat stomach/vacuum he's been sporting these past few years, which really improved his overall shape.
The thing is, Brandon's legs are remarkably weak, especially when he stood next to Hadi Choopan. I think he's been training harder than ever to defend that title. I dont particularly like him but if he comes in the right shape he can stand against most other sharp athletes on that stage.

What's lacking is all the top bodybuilders used to do so many shows, now it's like Arnold or Olympian and when someone wins the Olympia that's the only show they do, many miss the era of the guys doing all the top shows throughout the year, times have changed and the work ethic of todays guys not saying they arent hard workers, saying they dont work to do all the shows of the guys in years prior
I don't get It i watch the old videos and I'm 49 years old so I can remember and I don't think those guys looked better than the guys today especially Dorian, Flex, Kevin and Ronnie looked great but as a whole maybe not as great as some like to think

Blessing has great proportions, but i would liek him to dial in his conditioning, he could be really great if he did
Ramy looks great, just needs to dial in the conditioning a little more, and he will dominate the next couple of years
