Literally the only workout I do for love handles. This is the best! I love it. I saw result the first week of doing it and I had only done it twice of course my diet is high protein low carbs and sugars

WOWIE! Another quick and effective Love Handle/Core workout, Amy! I can't believe I haven't done this one before today-It's a good one for sure! I know I will be coming back to this one, adding it on to some of the harder days on the calendar, to keep me challenged and my core working and burning-Aiming for that 6-pack this year! Amy, I have just one question. HOW can you look so cool and smiling while doing this workout? I know how great these moves are, but for today, I could only do it for 8 minutes and 42 seconds. . . tomorrow I hope I can do and finish the whole workout. Wish me luck I need this workout to get rid of the love handles that now I have for the first time in my life!! and I am 77. March 29, 2020.
