Your workouts are the best~1
Thank you Amy.
You are a great teacher , Amy.
with the way this video starts out I thought it was going to be too easy but it was great. I am sweaty and I like the different options of where we can use more or less. Great workout.
Your workouts are ace girl! Love your energy and sequences!
Great quick workout 👍🏻
I am using Unflexal instructions to all my workouts ideas 🙂
Great! Thanks 🙂
Totally addicted to these quick and effective workouts!
I just completed this at 38weeks pregnant, though I cut the crunches and Russian twists. I of course subbed for safe core work instead! This was perfect!
You look great and your directions are very easy to follow. Thank you!
Excellent job!! Keep posting 😀
Thank you very much, Amy!
Thanks Amy, I love that each move was different! No repetition is nice!
Sweating like a pig! Thank you!
Loved the format..keep them going!
Loved that. Thank you.
Another great workout Amy!
I've done a lot of your workouts and really like them, but I had missed this one. Wow–awesome: not a single move bothered any joints, and I wasn't always at the easiest modification, which is encouraging. I usually use lighter weights over my head & heavier on curls, so I used medium, curling both arms, but alternated just one arm pressing at a time. Worked for me–not too hard or too easy. I'm definitely recommending this to friends!
You are terrific trainer. Thank you Amy.
I have so many favorite videos of yours, including this one. And I am thrilled that while I had to alternate the overhead press the first few times, I can now manage to do both arms through the whole circuit. And since I'm not using the heavier weights over my head, I'm adding curls to my side lunges for a little extra biceps workout. I love all the modifications you offer and demonstrate, so I feel OK tweaking up or down as needed. You rock!
I just found your channel today. I decided I'm going to start working out again, your vids are so great. Thank you for sharing so many workouts! I'm so excited to start working out again (it's been nearly 15 yrs since I stopped working out religiously).
Oldie but goldie! Enjoyed! Just finished yesterday your Live Bodyweight pyramid 35 min from Saturday and decided to look throuhg older ones. Imeccapble! Always. That energy, passion, effectiveness, kindness and I sticked with this 4th summer now (3 times a week) of getting moving. This is for my brain and body.
Thanks Amy!
A number of the recent workouts have proved too much for me, so I'm concentrating on older favorites like this one, and seeing where I can increase weight or intensity. Love that you actually model staying hydrated–many other instructors totally ignore that vital message! Thank you for all you do, Amy.
Great back to basics workout for days in-between a run!
