Wonderful class! Since we're all home, I hit the treadmill whilst (love that English Proper word!) doing the 1 minute walk/march/jog/run interval. Love your walking workout videos – whether they're cardio walking or toning walking. Please keep them coming & thank you so much!!

I really enjoy this workout. I prefer these 'at home' videos. The videos are far more personal. You seem to be having fun too! Who needs a studio? Oh and I am just as coordinated as you. 🙂

Thank you for this. I’m so glad I found your channel. I’ve had chronic migraine for the past 5 years. I had to retire from my dancing career because of the pain and fatigue. I’m really out of shape and needed something at home that wouldn’t be to intense (triggering a migraine). I can’t wait to try some of your other workouts:)
