1970’s Mike Mentzer or Casey Viator
1980’s Bertil Fox (got to see him on stage once in the 90s he was awesome)
1990's Dorian raised the bar and Nasser raised it a bit more
Marcus Ruhl then 2010 Rolley Winklar
Idk man… bodybuilding back in the day seemed to be a more aesthetically pleasing/desirable style of physique. They just look fucking freaky now. Like gross weird, "wtf is that" freaky. I would honestoy be upset if I just woke up one day and looked like that. It's just way too much for me. But then again, I am not a huge bodybuilding fan to begin with. I would rather just be strong than have huge amounts of muscle.
Kovacs should have been a strongman…
What about Lou ferigno for 70s
70's gotta say Craig Monson, hands down.
What about Morgan Aste?
what about craig munson from the 70s?
Lou Ferrigno as the mass monster the 70s that rib cage never looked right just miss proportioned but hes so f**** big that he competed in world's strongest man
Ronnie is the best of the biggest
Nick I really like your content. You're from Ohio, right? I thought you had mentioned that before, I'm just north of Dayton in Troy.
“Let’s start with the 1970’s era of bodybuilding.” Yeah, and let’s stop there, too.
Steroids monsters sounds much better 😉
Arnold was 6-2 on stilts maybe? Smh
MORE OF THIS, NICK!!!
0:44 they all have the ideal Superman body.
I don't know if you left out brutal bertil Fox because of his legal pass in the situation he was in for the crime he committed but as far as being one of the mass monsters in the 80s he had to be included in there over anyone else of the 80's even Gary strydom bertil Fox had to be around 280 290 or just under in competition but definitely a mass monster of that era.
mummy is big raaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaamy
Ruhl the best
Ruhls height is smaller
1980s Craig monson
19"tiny leg"70
Where can we be on 2070.
Ive met and stood next to marcus ruhl. He was wearing a big shirt. It looked like he was wearing those american football armor thing under it. Was crazy to look at.
How about Bertil Fox, isn’t he the biggest guy out there in the 80s? I guess so. The guy looked just different from all the guys on stage including Lee Haney
How many of these guys died young or ended up in wheelchairs
Insane story of Pete Grymkowski. You gotta read this !!

Big Lou 300
Nothing about maybe the best Mr America, Dave Draper.
70's/80's were the best of Bodybuilding. Today's builders over-do it and look not fit and muscular, but thick and unhealthy.
I like the 70s no hgh or slin look
2000s and before are the besy. the gut looks grose. was there ever body building in the 1800s?
I wonder if some of these guys are using just a little synthol. They have huge mass, but maybe they use a small amount of oil in there to top it off.
Arnold is not 6'2. He's more like 5'10 or 11.
