Omar, I absolutely LOVE your saga of mobility/rehabilitative videos. I am a large power lifter who lifts upwards of 700 or more pounds regularly. These have helped a lot.
I have had one persistent injury in my shoulder that I cannot seem to get rid of. I noticed this video covered a lot about the anterior region.
Could you make a video covering posterior specific injuries/impingements? I haven't been able to bench press for months due to an injury in my posterior deltoid that has persisted since earlier this year and it is bumming me out.
I have been trying different things but none seem to work, and you are so awesome at bringing athletic specific professionals on your channel I was really hoping you could help me out. I would appreciate it so much.
Thank you for everything you do. Take care brother.
my right shoulder feels really loose, if i relax my shoulder i can feel my shoulder joint partially slip out of the girdle. I have never dislocated or injured my shoulder. I did train in taekwondo and jui jutsu for 6 years. My right shoulder joint always get inflamed when i perform any heavy pushing or pulling motions. I find it really difficult to fully contract my pecs without inflaming it. Is there anything that I can do to remedy this disfunction? It is my greatest obstacle to building my upper body.
Omg!!!! My fukin pain went away in literally an hour after doing that stick exercise and I didn’t think it was gonna work wtf can believe this, had pain for over 3 weeks couldn’t lift arm up without pinch pain feeling
fucking bullshit, the reason why your shoulder is painful is because you have lack of internal rotation in your shoulder and probably weak subscapularis. Whenever u bench press and going down with lack of internal rotation the bone is like break of the join and hitting your tendons, and that's why u got pain in front of ur shoulders.

Look like ballsacks
Why would a curvature at the start of the thoracic region is problematic for benchers, if they still achieve scapular retraction and depression?
I'd love to see a video on correcting tight hip-flexors and pain around the piriformis.
Bro thank you for the great content, it really helps when you finally find some quality information.

Dude, looks like a cross between Jonah Hill and the P.E teacher from 21 jump street 😂
Preferd to do before or after a bench workout?
I done the broomstick method and it hurt my shoulder a lot, why is this.
I did the thoracic mobilisation and man!! my back feels awesome.
4:20 I have pain on that area, how do I mobilize it in a safe way? It is between the thoracic and the lumbar area.
do a vid on tennis elbow
exactly the video I needed
Omar already knew the broomstick thing from Alan Thrall.
Why didn't he say, " I know the Broomstick thing already, Alan Thrall told me."
Excellent content man thank you for applying the science, Keep up the great work Coach.
-Coach David.
5:10 Never accuse a man of flopping a boot. That's a high level insult.
Do you do these on your rest days or before your workout?
DOES HE EVEN LIFT BRUH? COME ON
Jake's videos have literally changed the game for my mobility! Thank you Omar for bringing all the amazing content to us!
you would think the thoracic would be already loose but the front (chest) would need l;oosening

9:17 Post Malone what you wanna see
Surprised he didn't mention keeping scapulars tucked back and shoulders down during benching. Not the only important thing, but still crucial.

Tight lats -> kyphosis.
I feel like that stretch made things worse lol…
Broom stick stretch is a game changer

The roasts on omar’s mobility are priceless 😂😂
For the foam roller and the 2 lacrosse balls, do you need to do both, or just either or?
Why do my arms go numb after doing this
Is this best pre or post bench session?
Does your eye liner ever run when you sweat in the gym?
