Great video Lucy, just what I needed as mobility and joint health is so important.. I am always working from home and doing this lovely workout reduces my tension in my arms and legs.. Was a very relaxing routine. Thank you so much for always thinking outside the box. I sometimes relay on seven seas joint tablets but they are so expensive but this workout is amazing xx

Would LOVE more of these! 😀 I felt so zen while doing this. I feel this would be a great prep before my Yoga, Pilates & Qigong practices. And especially before going on my Bike too. I am going to share this with my Mammy & my Da too, as I believe this will really help them ( just want to do a 1 Mile Walk first ). Brilliant Lucy! I have been reading some comments in previous videos and they say that they are becoming addicted to exercise because of you. And I 100% agree & beyond! Thank you Lucy! I love this one — easy to fit in to the day. The focus on joint health is important. I appreciated the added information about how increased blood flow and joint fluids is nourishing. And interestingly, I DID work up a slight sweat by the end of this routine!
Have just done that one and found it very good I do have trouble doing floor exercises my legs seem quite stiff not very bendy will this help

Good to start my fresh afternoon workout so well and thanks! I wonder if you would help all of people included me who struggle with which to use workout for total body and weight loss relate tummy need thin as flat and struggle with eat foods so please tip us. I been struggle with that my body always chubby then thin so temporary always.
