I get stomach cramps from eating just 150g a day with a body weight 85kg BF around 15 -16%. It feels like a stone in my stomach.
eating that amount of protein (1.3g/bw) on a cut would break anyone after a while, especially on restricted calories.. not sustainable. 1g/bw is more feasible

Im not sure if I should be getting 175g of protein or less. I weigh 220 lbs, but im sure most of my weight is fat, and i feel like if i follow the .8g per lb of body weight it will be too much protein. If your bodyfat is high, and you don't have a noticeable amount of muscle is it really necessary to get that much protein? No videos ever address this and always follow the .8g per lb of bodyweight.
