Rob and I put together a crazy little circuit. I have been trying to add a little more circuit and endurance training to my life. I feel like it keeps me a little more healthy and takes me back to my roots as an athlete. I hope you guys enjoy!!!

For the trolls. Cardio is conditioning in any form of weightlifting. Just like weightlifting is conditioning to a sprinter. A weightlifter is a much better lifter than the sprinter and vice versa. Go back to eating your Cheetos on the couch.
