Look at these women models. look nice but no brains. nothing sexier than a drop dead gorg educated lady who's a freak in the sheets, ride or die chick. yeah… sounds like fiction I know
And yes, more psychological videos pls! The mentality I use to grind in the gym is the same one I use in all other areas of my life. Me graduating valedictorian of my faculty comes from the same place as me upping my numbers on the bar.
Love the vids! Can you do one on what you did to recover your SI? I have a similar injury and am looking for good techniques to manage and fix it. Some Do's and Don'ts would be awesome.
First off the top I wanna say You've just given me some serious inspiration here bro. I like how you keep everything 100% & straight authentic. I was never a big guy, at my heaviest I was about 168lbs & 8% body fat at 5' 6" 1/2. I'm a dj/dancer/bassist & drummer. I was in a hit & run accident a few years back & I wasn't able to life' or do anything. I'm back to basics. I've got 9 screws, 2 rods & a plate in my left ankle so I can't squat as low as I really need to. At 42 this is gonna be a project! But I've got this! Respect
Is the weightlifting video going to have something to do with Torokhtiy? I feel like it's him since he's very active on Youtube and won gold in 2012. Either way, it's dope to have weightlifting content on here now.
Good for you on bouncing back Omar. Injuries can be frustrating, but as long as you learn from them and become better because of it, you're still on the right path.
same could be said about powerlifting……everyone training to lift heavy…but at the end of the day who really cares?! it's just something you're going to tell your kids or grandkids when you get old….moderation is key…there is more to life than just eating, lifting, and sleeping…
I'm the same way. First I was trying to prove a point. I proved a point then I was trying to be so great I can still prove even the greats that I can hang. 6 years of lifting and 8 years of working out I am enjoying working out more and am making better progress when I didn't make it life and death. Also the goals I have lifting I do mainly for myself and for my own merit not for anyone else and to accomplish something I used to think was impossible. Also there is more to a man than his strength and muscles. What a person does and how they treat others is what matters even more. I want people to respect my strength and muscles only as a tool of hard work and what I have accomplished but I really want people to respect how I am as a human being
Soooo helpful! I keep the same longevity mindset in my training!! Think you could make a video on your nutritional strategies to building strength while cutting? You been eatin yer damn spinach, eh
his voice has gotten deeper , i thought he was a joke before with high ass goofy voice and skinny as fuck. skinny guy should be banned from giving workout advices
Can i ask you guys who have followed Omar for a long time. Is he actually not trying to grow his calves? I always figured it was a thing he said like Bradley Martyns "every day is arm day" as a joke, but now i'm starting to think he's serious?

Yes, it is also about having luxurious hair.
i wish u would at least post a weightlifting work out once a week or something.
I do it cuz it feels good to actually play with my kids instead of sitting there watching…. being able to tell them "hey I'll race ya"
YEAH BOY, that's my goal to, to reach 60 and be healthy and jacked as fuck!
Most bodybuilders do not give a fuck about "more than just looking good".
They only want to look good.
That's why I don't like bodybuilders.
"still no calves" 😂 me too
Love yur content Omar!!!
"Still no calves" ROFLMAO.
